Wadhwani That this Appeal Body modifies the Order to Restrain (Muzzle) in part dated June 22, 2023 issued against Alfred. The modification includes removal of the requirement for the dog to be muzzled at all times when not confined within the dwelling and under the effective control of an adult, excluding when the animal is contained within a fully fenced area on the owner's property to the satisfaction of the Animal Control Officer, so as to prevent escape of the dog and prevent entry there in of unsupervised persons. This permits the dog to be outside within the fully fenced contained area on the owner's property, without a muzzle. All other provisions within the Order to Restrain must continue to be followed.
