That the Parks, Recreation and Culture Advisory Committee support, in principle, the proposed renaming of Kinsmen Park to Jeff Lees Memorial Kinsmen Park, contingent upon the proposal meeting applicable requirements of the Naming of Parks and Facilities Policy (with the exception of the one year waiting period) and the Municipal Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) Policy and Framework.
