That the Heritage Port Hope Advisory Committee receive the presentation from Rod Stewart with respect to 85 Walton Street as information; and That the Heritage Port Hope Advisory Committee recommends the approval of Heritage Application 2025-02, 85 Walton Street, to restore the windows on the second floor, including repairs to the existing frames, new single hung sashes (upper and lower) to act as storm windows, and new interior fitted easement windows to act as primary windows, subject to possible revisions as per the Committee's comments and to the satisfaction of Staff.
