That the Heritage Port Hope Advisory Committee recommends that Council direct staff to prepare a report to amend the existing Heritage Designation By-law No. 3054 under section 30.1 of the Ontario Heritage Act, 1990 for land legally known as PT LT 10 CON 1 HOPE AS IN HPT4413 as per the following designation reports: Union Cemetery Caretakers Cottage Designation Report and Statement; Union Cemetery Chapel Designation Report and Statement; and Union Cemetery Dead House Designation Report and Statement. That a memo with respect to this resolution be prepared and presented to Council for consideration.
