That the Heritage Port Hope Advisory Committee recommends the approval of Heritage Application 2025-05, 99-105 Walton Street, to divide 99 Walton Street into two commercial spaces and change the existing facades, subject to possible revisions as per the Committee's comments and to the satisfaction of Staff.
