The Property Standards Committee recommends upholding the Order to Remedy for the Non-Conformity with Standards for Maintenance and Occupancy dated May 31, 2024 in full as outlined under Required Action with the Owners of the property requiring full compliance; and The Property Standards Committee further recommends that the owners be notified that an extension to the Order to Remedy has been granted, in order for the owners to fully comply with the Order by August 20, 2024.
