That the Heritage Port Hope Advisory Committee recommends the approval of Heritage Application 2024-06, 143 Walton Street, for the addition of an egress point to the side of the building in order to access the side yard, as well as the installation of a small deck, subject to possible revisions as per the Committee's comments and to the satisfaction of Staff.
