it resolved that Council move in-camera in accordance with the provisions of the Municipal Act, 2001., S.O., c.25 in order to address a matter pertaining to litigation or potential litigation, including matters before administrative tribunals, affecting the Municipality or local board - Section 239(2)(e) and advice that is subject to solicitor/client privilege, including communications necessary for that purpose - Section 239(2)(f).
