Council will move into a closed meeting in accordance with the provisions of the Municipal Act in order to address a matter pertaining to personal matters about an identifiable individual, including municipal or local board employees - Section 239(2)(b) - (CAO Recruitment) and (Employee Matter) and labour relations or employee negotiations - Section 239(2)(d) - (CAO Recruitment) and a proposed or pending acquisition or disposition of land by the municipality or local board - Section 239(2)(c) - (Surplus Property).

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT By-law 34/2023 being a By-law to Confirm the Proceedings of the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Port Hope at its Special Council meetings held on June 29, 2023 and July 11, 2023 be read a first, second and third time, passed and that the said By-law be signed by the Mayor and Clerk, sealed with the seal of the Corporation, and engrossed in the By-law Book.
