it resolved that Council proceed In-Camera in accordance with the provisions of the Municipal Act, 2001 in order to address a matter pertaining to information explicitly supplied in confidence to the municipality or local board by Canada, a province or territory or a Crown agency of any of them - Section 239(2)(h) - (65 Ward Street).
