WHEREAS Committee of the Whole at their meeting held on February 6, 2023 considered Staff Report WE-02-23 regarding 2022 Municipality of Port Hope Drinking Water System Annual and Summary Report; NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT Council formally receive the 2022 Drinking Water System Annual and Summary Report.

WHEREAS Committee of the Whole at their meeting held on February 6, 2023 considered Staff Report WE-03-23 regarding Drinking Water Quality Management System (ZMS) Commitment Re-endorsement; NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT Council re-endorse the Municipality’s commitment to the maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS) for the Port Hope Drinking Water System and authorize the execution of signatures on Section 3 of the QMS Operational Plan - Commitment and Endorsement.
