it resolved that Council proceed In-Camera at 5:00 p.m. in accordance with the provisions of the Municipal Act, 2001 in order to address a matter pertaining to a proposed or pending acquisition or disposition of land by the municipality or local board - Section 239(2)(c) - (potential disposition of land).

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT By-law 40/2023 being a By-law to Confirm the Proceedings of the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Port Hope at its Special Council meeting held on August 23, 2023 be read a first, second and third time, passed and that the said By-law be signed by the Mayor and Clerk, sealed with the seal of the Corporation, and engrossed in the By-law Book.
