That Council select the CAMA model as the preferred CAO performance evaluation model; and That Councillor Les Andrews, the Mayor and Deputy Mayor be assigned to work with the CAO to populate the draft CAO performance evaluation documentation to be presented to Council for approval; and That staff be directed to undertake any next steps Council requires to formalize a performance evaluation process for the Chief Administrative Officer position.
