it resolved that Council moved into a closed meeting in accordance with the provisions of the Municipal Act, 2001., S.O., c.25 in order to address items pertaining to a proposed or pending acquisition or disposition of land by the municipality or local board – Section239(2)(c) – (Surplus Municipal Land - Shuter Street) and Section 239(3.1) Education and Training – ( PHAI Cleanup Criteria).

That Council direct staff to develop and release a Request for Proposal process for the disposition the two remaining lots adjacent to 26 Shuter Street that ensures the property is expediently developed while maximizing the return of affordable housing in lieu of financial return.
