it resolved that Council held a closed session at 3:00 p.m. in accordance with the provisions of the Municipal Act, 2001 S.O., c.25 in order to address personal matters about an identifiable individual, including municipal or local board employees - Section 239(2)(b); labour relations or employee negotiations - Section 239(2)(d); a proposed or pending acquisition or disposition of land by the municipality or local board - Section 239(2)(c) and a position, plan, procedure, criteria or instruction to be applied to any negotiations
