it resolved that Council move into a closed meeting in accordance with the provisions of the Municipal Act, 2001 (Section 239(3.1)) for the purpose of education and training members of Council as part of Council's 2022-2026 Professional Development (Tour of Active Industrial Sites - PHAI).

That leave be granted to introduce a by-law and to dispense with the reading of the by-law by the Clerk to confirm the proceedings of the Special Council of the Municipality of Port Hope at its special in camera meeting held on September 9, 2024 and the same be considered read and passed and that the Mayor and the Clerk sign the same and the Seal of the Corporation be thereto affixed.
