it resolved that Council move into a closed session at 5:00 p.m. in accordance with the provisions of the Municipal Act, 2001 S.O., c.25 in order to address a matter pertaining to personal matters about an identifiable individual, including municipal or local board employees - Section 239(2)(b) and a proposed or pending acquisition or disposition of land by the municipality or local board - Section 239(2)(c) and advice that is subject to solicitor/client privilege, including communications necessary for that purpose - Section 239(2)(f) - (OLT-23-000360 - 3852 Ganaraska Rd).
